tickets were passed my way for 12/31, the airfare is booked, and now i'm quite excited! i tried to stay away, but like always, the pull is too strong. sj & i will finally get to spend a phish-y NYE together...

i'm alive! been hiding out at a clients' office with no internet access {gasp!} and really haven't had much time to craft up some blog entries....
updated shows and recipes recently, so i haven't been completely slacking...hehe.
tonight, i'm heading up to hang out with EV, my best girl's boyfriend. he's in town for a conference of some sort, and we're going to watch the yankees game. he's a huge yankee fan, transplanted to charlotte, so it'll be fun to watch the game with him. i really have no allegiance either way, but at this point, i guess i'm pulling for NY - fuck the fish.
woohoo, looks like i'll be home for more than 48 hours! 1st time in a month, and let's just say my laundry is out of control. gotta get the apartment into shape this week, we're in need of a reason to clean up the place. it's amazing how much STUFF we tend to accumulate. time to clean house and get the friends over for a par-tay!
